This program performs Monte Carlo simulations of T4 ligase-mediated ligation of linear DNA fragments. The rate of this 'ring closure' reaction is very sensitive to structural features of the DNA, such as bendibility or flexibility, and can thus be used to examine these properties. See the on-line documentation for more information about Cyclize.

This is a procmail recipe for filtering email that have executable attachments capable of infecting MS operating systems. This is a quarantine system, that is, the suspect emails are saved to a remote location and the targetted user is sent an email informing her of what happened. This filter is simple in that it works on *any* attachments with an executable file extension, there are no virus definition files to update, and thus should be capable of catching new viruses.
